ABOUT US
What can we do for you?
Phoenix First Response provides friendly, comprehensive fire and first aid training to help organisations meet their legal duties under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, which came into force in October 2006, and Health and Safety Executive guidance. Based on the Surrey / Sussex border, we work across the South East of England. Our training is delivered to a high standard and adapted to suit each client’s specific needs and requirements.
OUR HISTORY
A small family-run business that prides itself on delivering excellence in training.
Phoenix First Response Training was set up in 2014 to deliver fire and first aid training in the South of England. Phoenix First Response Training Ltd was derived as a result of excessive demand for training from our sister company Phoenix Fire Safety Solutions Ltd. It was decided that in order to keep our prices within easy reach of our already expanding customer base, it was decided that we would separate the training and maintenance and form a separate company which deals specifically with training.
Our staff consists of personnel with Fire and Ambulance Service experience. Our fire training courses have been developed over the last 20+ years and are presented by highly experienced and qualified trainers, some with a minimum of 10 years experience. All our fire officers having serviced in one of the UK Fire Services. Courses are delivered in an engaging, logical and friendly manner and are certified aiming to help you comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
