OUR HISTORY
Delivering trusted fire and first aid training with real-world expertise.
Phoenix First Response Training Ltd was originally formed in 2005 under the name Fire Protection Services. The company became limited in 2014 under its current name, Phoenix First Response Training Ltd. We deliver fire and first aid training in the South of England. In 2008, we added fire extinguisher supply and maintenance to our services, providing customers with a professional service from fully qualified engineers. By forming a dedicated training company, we have been able to keep our courses affordable while maintaining a strong focus on professional delivery. Guided by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, HSE, and Ofqual-regulated qualifications accredited by Qualsafe Awards, we remain at the forefront of change.
We are a family-run business with a commitment to excellence. Our team is made up of former Fire and Ambulance Service personnel, bringing real-world experience to every course. Our fire training programmes have been developed over more than six years and are delivered by experienced and qualified trainers, many with over a decade of service in UK Fire Services. Courses are engaging, practical, and fully certified, designed to support compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
